This airy holiday apartment is located in Paguera/Cala Fornells in the famous urbanisation that was built by the architect Otzouo. The terrace has a wonderful view to the sea.

The apartment is available for 4 persons and has one bedroom, a kitchen, a living room with dining area and a bathroom. In the holiday complex there is a community swimming pool with restaurant.

The Boulevard of Paguera and the sandy beaches are not so far away.

Location

Paguera offers a choice of 3 sandy beaches called "Playa Palmira", "Playa Tora" and "Playa La Romana". These beaches are all then joined by a traffic free pedestrian promenade running the length of the resort.

Behind the promenade there's a long shopping street known as "El Bulevar" and it's here where most of the restaurants and bars area concentrated. A number of boat trips operate out of Paguera, including glass bottomed boats that run along the coast.

Cala Fornells is just a short walk away.
