Directly in front of the beach with only some steps into the sand: This lovely apartment in Paguera in the Southwest of Majorca is availabe for 5 persons and has a nice view to one of the three beaches in Paguera, the beach La Romana. Here you can spend your holidays without needing a car. It has two terraces, a dining room, 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms and a kitchen.

Bars, shops and supermarkets are a stones throw away. To the centre of Paguera you walk just 5 minutes. Nearby is one of the 18 hole golf courts and a tennis club.

Lage

Ideal for families, Paguera offers its visitors a choice of 3 sandy beaches called "Playa Palmira", "Playa Tora" and "Playa La Romana". These beaches are all then joined by a traffic free pedestrian promenade running the length of the resort.

Behind the promenade there's a long shopping street known as "El Bulevar" and it's here where most of the restaurants and bars area concentrated. A number of boat trips operate out of Paguera, including glass bottomed boats that run along the coast.

The beautiful living area from Cala Fornells with it´s romantic cove is just a short walk away.
