An overwhelming sea view has this holiday apartment that is located in Cala Fornells near Paguera in the Southwest coast of Majorca. The wonderful balcony is prepared for you to spend relaxing hours with view to the blue sea. To the complex belongs a community pool with restaurant.

It has a bright and airy atmosphere and with a double bedroom and a sofabed in the living room enough space for 3 persons. The urbanisation is built by architect Otzoup and has the authentic style.

Several beaches are in a walking distance and the boulevard of Paguera with shops and restaurants is not too far away.

Lage

Paguera offers a choice of 3 sandy beaches called "Playa Palmira", "Playa Tora" and "Playa La Romana". These beaches are all then joined by a traffic free pedestrian promenade running the length of the resort.

Behind the promenade there's a long shopping street known as "El Bulevar" and it's here where most of the restaurants and bars area concentrated. A number of boat trips operate out of Paguera, including glass bottomed boats that run along the coast.

Cala Fornells is just a short walk away.
